He has helped to bring injured soldiers, Marines, and veterans to the top of some of the world’s highest peaks. Tim has climbed Mt. Everest twice and used to build custom Harley Davidsons in Hollywood, California. He nearly died in a motorcycle accident in 2001 which was the inspiration behind The Heroes Project. Medvetz was at one time romantically linked to singer/actress Cher. In 2014 Medvetz hosted the Nat Geo WILD reality TV series Going Wild.
